No. I'd leave it in. I'm just explaining that reducing noise doesn't take 5 mins.

I've very surprised that the 7D has that much noise at low ISO. I have a 5D Mark II and it's very good. OP, did you increase the ISO at all during post production?

Other than getting a more interesting background, good job. and the grainyness. I can't see the EXIF but use tho lowest ISO possible. There is no reason to have it high. The only reason for ISO is for low light situations..

umm i had it at 200...that's the lowest

no i didn't. i think the noise came from my hand not being super steady or me messing with the exposure/colors/saturation

Well exposure/iso would be the same thing. Though if you manipulate any three you listed a bit noise will start to creep into the picture.

Did you shoot in RAW Format?

yeah i shot in raw, and i figured that my editing added noise to the picture D:
