The Details

First of all, all of the work, install, custom fab, etc has been done at Kaizenspeed (www.kstuned.com) and I want to give them mad props. This is the second version of this car and one on which I have gone a bit overboard, imagine that, going overboard on a build. Anyways, specs on the car are as follows (as best as I can remember):

Engine:

2.0 built by Kaizenspeed
- Eagle ESP rods
- AMS spec pistons
Head CNC port & polish by Brad at RLZ Engineering in colab w/ Reid at Kaizenspeed
- Beehive springs, etc. etc.
JUN 272/272 cams (GSC Motorsports CNC copies)
Cosworth Head Gasket
ARP Studs
HKS Cam Gears
HKS Timing belt
Fluidamper
Avid Motor & Tranny Mounts
Kaizenspeed exhaust manifold Single scroll T3 (Yes, SS w/ twin waste gates ), DP, Intake, Cold air box, waste gate dumps & IC piping
AMS VSR Intake manifold
Boomba 75mm TB
Boomba Pulleys (- the crank pulley)
FP HTA3586
ETS 4" IC
Tial 50mm BV
(2) Tial MV-S Wastegates
HKS Fuel Rail
HKS DLI
ID2000s
Fuel Lab Goodies (Thanks Emery @ STM)
Full Blown Double Pumps

I'll update more on different areas as I get a chance and add to the above as I know I have forgot something.

Mandrel bends in 4" stainless are ridiculously expensive IMHO and not available in as tight of a radius as a pie cut allows and I think the pie cuts look a more trick than a build. Besides, I like to challenge Reid

TYVM, but it's one of those love it or hate it things. It started w/ the HKS goodies and took on a life of its own.
