www.mitsubishiparts.net has some, but they might not have the color you need.

Call a Mitsu service/parts departement. They have the factory matching paint for every EVO color. Run a search for factory paint codes - so you get the right pen. The pen is direct from Mitsu, and not a body shop mix.

I just bought one from my parts department, online was available but the shipping made it more then my local parts department. I found the code # on the passenger side door jam btw.
