Smurf I really feel for you man! So it was a bad wiring job? How long was it left like that before catching fire? Do you think a fire extinguisher would have stopped it, I would have tired to pull the battery if it wasn't to late! Sry to hear that happened
Also do you mind showing us some pic's

yeah it was bad wiring. It was probably 6 months but in those 6 months I drove the car maybe 3000 miles. Fire Extinguisher may have helped but honestly I was in "that" frame of mind. By the time I thought about it I had someone run into the office building next where it was happening but 911 told us NOT to use it (I guess they were thinking if its a car fire that a building ext. wouldn't work on a gas fueled fire).
Theres a whole bunch of woulda/coulda/shouldas I can think of now but its way too late.
I have pics and a video I'll be posting a few weeks. It'll part of my new build thread.

It'll include the last shots of the blue car, the carnage accompanied by a video and then hopefully some good footage from the spec-ops crew on the new one.
Its going to be repainted the same color for now so that will be in a few weeks and the motor is going to built in that time. Slow motion.
