Enkei RP-01: What COLOR to powder coat...?
I have been wanting to powder coat these for quite some time now and would like to get some opinions. I know that black will look good, but besides black and I want to hear reasons too. I really like white, but don't know if the spokes are big enough to pull white off. Let me know! Thanks. Here is my car...

I personally do not think black wheels look good at all ever. If you have no theme in mind id say keep it simple like what you have now if your going a tad bit extreme gold with a polished lip or color matched to whatever it is you decided to do with the car. Personally think it looks good how it is. but white would look good as well.

The car will more than likely stay as it sits now. I just want a different color besides what is on it now and the default is going to be matte black, but i want to entertain different colors.
Anyone feel free to photo shop the pic with whatever color you may like, extreme or not.

take your wheels to a paintshop and get them painted. the powdercoating process makes your wheels weaker. and you wouldnt want to ruin such a nice set of wheels that are not manufactured anymore. just google "powder coated wheels cracking"

I will not be doing this, but thanks for the advice. People have been saying for years not to do it and there have been threads on here, but I hardly, if at all ever hear about them cracking.

White on silver looks pretty good, but the spokes of the wheels have to be a lot fatter for it to really offset it. I didnt think white looked good at first, but I saw a few threads here where it looked really good, but I know it wont work with these wheels on my car. The only reason I considered white was b/c that was one of the original colors of this wheel. They mainly came in silver, but also were white, and black w/ blue. Ill post some examples of silver w/ white wheels, but I am not set on white, at least not w/ this set of wheels.

I would say stay with a black color.
Wrinkle black, glossy, flat, semi-gloss.........
I really think any other color is going to make it look too ricey.
No it won't.
I've had customers with coated wheels for years with absolutely zero issues.

Yeah I think I may just do them a low gloss black or satin or matte, just dont really like high gloss black wheels. I think I am eventually going to go with some RP03 in a 18x10 in either a +15 or +22 and they may just be white, we'll see...Thanks for all of the input so far.
Here is an example on a STI in the SBC 18x10 +22:
