Thanks David. Best 60 ft. to date is a 1.62. I am not really a fan of these tires at all. Maybe its just me though. Who knows? Anyhow, I just picked up a set of FD wheels so I need to order up a set of 16 inch QTP's soon. We will see what happens. The year is just about over but I kinda want to go racing down in Florida over the winter.

Coming soon. We are still in Ohio picking up some tires at summit then heading home. Hopefully we can go racing again this week with a real tire on the car to see what happens.

While we were at the track we also noticed The AIT's were going through the roof on this car. This week I will test the Buschur Racing street core which we just ran 9's on vs. Their race core. I think we are simply just out of turbo as it is just a normal 3582r but if we can keep the temps down and run with a better tire we may be able to go 9.5 this week.

Time will tell

This message looked like it was typed on an iPhone. lol. My phone makes the same corrections thinking it's helping me. Congrats to Emery and Shawna for runing 9s in a true street car. Go ahead and throw a hta86 on there already

Thanks Lev.

I would I just don't want to spend the money. LOL I may try out another 6262 though, they seem to work fine for us.

Em do the Evo community a favor and try out the journal bearing. I have one (6262) on my DSM and its at full spool at 5200 rpm

I love this car.

Slapped on the snow tires for the 250 mile trip to Thompson Dragway, comfortable in my leather seats, a bit chilly, so I had the sunroof cracked and the heat on. My navigation leading me turn by turn, HID's bouncing, lighting the world, satellite radio rockin BPM the whole way. We get there and quick change into the BBS and drag radials, and Emery hits the track.

10.00

Again.

9.97. Goals met.

660 HP & 9 second daily driven street Evo.

Then I broke it.

But the guys had it fixed in short order, back on with the snows and into the sunset we go.

But don't worry, just because we met our goals, doesn't mean we still won't try harder...

Freshly coated FD RX7 rims to clear the factory Brembos... Hoosier Quick Time Pro "street tires"

Hopefully I can get some bad *** pics when these guys are mounted up!
