I have been in one. I almost got to drive it, which I would have been excited, nonetheless. My impressions of the car though, nothing too exciting.

Realize though, I could also care less of Ferrari's, Porsche's, Lambo's etc. They dont do a thing for me.

NOPE! lol I dont care for exotics. As for the ride in the skyline, a ride in a rx7 with an ls1 was more exciting.

You know that only good for drifting , I was riding in the alpa 9 gtr on pump gas a little over 740awhp and that S#it was out like a F1 car.

haha, he was auto-x'ing the car. It just had soo much low end torque, I loved it. The gtr is a nice car, no questions. I would never spend the money on one though. I would rather have a few cars for the price of the gtr.

I can relate to this statement sooo much. It has so much truth in it. I know so many people though work (Acura Master Tech) that tell me I don't know what fast is. Because their jacked up muscle cars were soooo fast. Meanwhile, they never really went to the track or dyno. They just remember them being fast, but with no proof. So they just think they had a 10 second car.

Those hot rod tv shows don't help the situation at all. Where these old timers watch a crate 350 with bolt-ons make 500whp on pump gas. Or the engine builders that make "2000hp" on pump gas with a boosted 527. These muscle car guys are worse at fudging numbers than some Evo shops. lol

So I agree. You just said it much better than I ever have. /rant

I am personally thinking the same thing, after I have fun with my 8

an F1 car would smoke check any Skyline that's ever been built, might wanna compare it to something a little more realistic. I'm sure the Alpha9 is very fast, but not F1 fast.

Haha! I work at a small local bar and "those guys" are in all the time... When they start up, I just whip out a December Dsport magazine I have stashed with the feature of ricer...

STFU eventually politely follows
