::PIC REQUEST:: hyperblack GRIDs on TB evo8/9
I am looking to buy some rota grids soon, trying to decide what color would be best. Right now i am thinking hyperblack would suit me best, so i was wondering if anyone out there has a pic of of these rims on a TB evo, it would be greatly appreciated =]
Also, if anyone would like to chime in on this feel free as well, since these rims are 18x9.5, obviously the fenders will have to be rolled, any other modifications though? And what size tire would go well, i was thinking 245/40/18

hey man ive got some flat black rota grids 18x9.5 in an apex silver, hope this helps out some...
my fitment isn't too bad and i have mine wrapped in 255/35/18 tires. mods i had to do to the fenders was "jimmy/ghetto" semi-roll the rears, like half way, and i had the evodave fender mod spacer kit installed (not needed i just wanted it for extra clearance up front).
as for rubbing, it isn't bad at all unless i have someone in the back seat and go over "good sized" bump at high speeds. my rears would rub a bit in that situation but once i get my rears rolled 100% i don't think i will have to worry much anymore. the fronts never rub even with my low drop. also, the front fenders are not rolled at all. Lastly when i got an alignment done it was set to, i believe, right at about -2 camber all the way around or something like -2.2 or -2.5, i will check my alignment sheet tomorrow. i could go more but don't want my tires wearing on one side anymore than it already is lol
anyways hope this helps!

that gave me all the answers i needed, he rolled the rears but not the fronts on the same drop and was fine, do you think the 3mm spacer was completely necessary or just preference?
