Color combination is very important when looking for a subtle enhancement to anything. The silver is a neutral color whereas the brassy color is what would be considered too hot for the softness of the green. The neutral color does not clash with the green like the hot color does. Therefore, the polished cage will give a look that is more understated than the brassy color.

Right, no I understand the color viewpoint your taking and I think that would be right on point were the tubes painted a flat or even glossy neutral color, but the mirrored silver finish is going to far outshine the brass in light and like the op said, it will take attention away from the exterior and the color I think more than the brass will.

So maybe I missed it but what's the final decision on how the interior will be laid out? You've got to be at least thinking about it and how its gonna work with the brass cage now...

Black suede on the headliner and posts, not quite sure on how the rest of the customness will play it's roll but so far it's finding it's way nicely

Hood is getting the full Monty, I have an idea that will look gangbustas!! Lol
Yeah i know it's been done before although I've been wanting to do this 4+years ago.
It's actually not that hard to do, I'm going to put a nice twist on this.
Stripping inside and out, all part of the plan...
Wet sanding with 1000gt after the strip.
Then hitting it with extra cut compound, making a Fu€kin absolute mess out of everything

If it's a polished hood then Evolento already has done that
Camber plates atop KW V3's
