I thought about trying the lauch device a while back but kinda forgot about it. It does seem like a very good idea for consistant launches, I'll be interested to see how that works out for you.

I have launch control built into my tuning maps, is this basically the same thing? What's the advantage exactly? Love the radiator, CBRD makes some nice products.

You can set the bleed off rate of the clutch using the valve with the knob on it. The big solonoid forces the fluid to go through the valve when its shut.

That way you can dial in the perfect amount of slip in the clutch for launching, just drop the clutch and let it do the rest. with proper adjustment of course!

New Nagisa/NAMS front fender braces and front lower control arms arrived today! They are brand new but the one LCA is missing its two pillow ball end links and the ball joint pin. No worries though as Geoff@Full-Race is getting Nagisa replacements for us. Happy day! These items are sick and usually take like 4-6 months to get and cost a TON of $$$. Not only did we get these within 2 days of paying for them, but we saved over 50% of what they normally cost ($1600+).

Not trying to be a debbie downer by any means... I'm sure you payed good money for those fender braces, but the welding on those looks like bird crap? Is that the way they all come? I might be a little dissapointed when I open the box and see that?

^^ i wouldnt worry too much about the welds, they look plenty strong enough for the minor flexing that happens in that location, and they dont need to be prettry concidering they are covered by the fenders, and nobody can see them.. why they wasted their time even polishing them, who knows

Well its all revelant to the price I would say. As I stated above, he probably bought the best braces on the market, and I know if I did the same I would expect perfect welds. I dont think it is a unreasonable expectation if the company making these, sells them for a premium price. Either way though, it is a nice piece. Those LCA's are beautiful!

LOL! Yes, the welds def DO leave a bit to be desired in terms of visual appeal, but while the welds aren't the prettiest things, they do look more than adequate for the job at hand. If they weren't going to be covered by the fenders I would def have a problem! Also, I got a killer deal on them so they weren't TOO crazy expensive. And yes, the Nagisa/NAMS LCA's are sick! We really like them a lot. Oh, the new custom Girodisc rotors arrived today too! Oh! Btw, the hats are custom Dormant Purple, NOT the stock Girodisc purple you see on some of their rotor hats.

some sick stuff. why did you not chose the ultra light rotors?
what brake pads are you going to run. i spoke to martin when i bought my rotors from him and he only recommended a few brands ''other then his''. something about how some brands chew up the disks. keep it in mind if you didnt know

good luck with the launch control thingy. i never used one nor was a fan of it and i dont think many who have used it liked it. but this was like 2007/8 so maybe things are improved and updated.

those control arms are so nice. i have seen them in my dreams several times. but when i wake up i realize i will never own them. but ill keep dreaming and add them again to my xmas list.
