so i decided to loose the 17's and go with a bigger rim, i tried some different rims and decided that i liked the clean look of the 18x8.5 evo X gsr rims that gave the evo a clean and refined look. To start i bought the rims,
- only about 50 miles tops on the rims
- some new rubber ( hankook Ventus v12 Evo tires) 255x35x18

im thinking of getting these for my 8.... i would love to get some advans or some other badass wheels, but just can not justify the cost.

 

I really don't understand the craze over these rims... especially since you have an mr with bbs's...

 

how much did you pay for these if you dont mine me asking... you can shoot me a pm. ive been interested in getting a set of these for an alternative look to mix things up from my regular set. thanks

Looks good..... I had a set of these on my IX too but traded them. I would like to get my hands on aset of X MR wheels. They look nice on the 8 and 9s.
