I am going to call them Monday and see what they can offer me. I'll do a real review.

Sounds like a plan! Question though, why hasn't anyone built a one piece yet? I'm guessing there is an angle issues....but honestly I never looked into it so I don't know.

No idea. I know you have to remove some stuff but otherwise no idea.

Should get the thread moved so maybe others can chime in as to why no one even makes a 1 piece in the first place.

i think our cars have angle issues with a one piece. the subaru guys are 2 piece from the factory, and our cars are 3 piece. They go down to the 1 piece and have no issues. I think the evo is angled a bit odd so it needs a 2 piece minimal.

not 100% on this, but i think some drag cars did use a 1 piece from CTG torqline though. two cars that come to mind are AMS and AWD.

The shaft shown in that pic is from PST. Another place that makes cf driveshafts is acpt.

The driveshaft shop is coming out with a 2 piece cf shaft very soon using a larger then stock cv that will be very smooth.

I've been waiting for this since last year... finally got an AWD 2piece aluminum driveshaft to tide me over.

i spoke with PST and the owner today for a good 40 minutes. i got a lot of good info and all of my questions answered. he wants me to take some measurements and what not and then go from there. you will have to remove the carrier bearing mount. other then that it should fit and clear.

i am going to take measurements next week and if it clears he will have one to me in a week after i order it.

this is how you get **** done.

what did he say about engine mounts? I do not want to murder the NVH of my Evo with solid engine mounts.

Does he use a longer slip yoke? Spill the beans!

NVH?? sorry what does that mean

stock mounting is fine. i told him mine was a harder rubber then stock and he said that was fine as well. all DS's are also balanced.
