Toxin... I believe you are right. This IS a conversion from Ralliart UK. I saw a couple others like this when I was living in London.

I had a chance to pick up this very car coming up on 2 years ago. As has been mentioned, the registration issues associated with these cars just makes them unappealing to me nowadays...and I can tell you for a fact that was the issue 2 years ago. Seems things have gotten cleared up since then.
Sadly it still is the same situation, there are a few "ways" but we all know what those are already unless you just want it to be a purpose race car that will never see city streets.
Nice pickup though!! If these were legal to register I'd have myself a lot of older Evos in a heartbeat!
