lol i know man im getting so close I really want to put the CCWs back on the car, but there 16s and i dont have slicks for them. I would have to go back out and by QTPs for them. Right now there for the street on the Nitto 555R drag radials.

As for the 1g, I might have something brewin lol. I can have only one toy, so yea, the evo would have to go.

Aint that the truth man. Evos are a blast but they are expensive to maintain and stuff always happens. Im kinda glad the season is over in a couple weeks. Gives me some time away from it and get some cash together for the spring for the changes im going to make.

Looks like im heading back to the track this Saturday. Temperture is going to be a little warmer then last weekend. Its going to be around 64 and sunny. About 6 degrees warmer then last weekend. Im hoping the track is prepped a little better and can get the car to hook a little more. We will see. Hopefully this is the weekend it will happen. Judging on the weather it might be last track day for the year. Stay tuned!!

Awesome time s joey. It seems like the car is really waking up after the 1st half. almost like its falling too far out of boost. IF you can catch those gears lil faster with a good high 1.3/1.40 60' you have it no problem. I think the biggest shift is catching 2nd as soon as you press the clutch in. get 'er done man!!!
I just watched the 163 video like 10 times, and definitely think its the 1-2 shift thats keeping you from 8s man (at least thats my guess). You catch **** just a lil faster and you are well into the 8s homie!

UPDATE!!
Hey everyone, I just got back from the track about a hour ago. Well, i didnt get 8s. The clutch is shot and I am having problems with my transfer case. The car would just roast the front tires feeling like a FWD car. I was having lock out issues pretty much the whole day besides the last two passes.
The clutch has been in the car since the end of July/early August. It has over 40 passes on it and im glad it lasted this long. It just couldnt take the beating anymore. I kinda new that coming into today because at the end of last weekend track day it didnt feel the best. I made a couple low 9 sec passes with a trap speed of 162!! Car is running great! Just having these issues with the T-case. Not to mention that the stock diff in the car had been through hell and back. Time for a shep one!
Car is done for the year. I am throwing the CCWs on the car tomorrow morning and taking her out on the street. Over the winter were going to be making a few changes. Im still happy with the way the car did towards the end of the season. This season has been tough with the problems i had so its nice to have gone 9.1 and trap 163.9MPH! I want to thanks Devin @ Boostin Quarter Master, Spark Tech Ignition, Chicago Motor cars, and Collin @ Toxic Fab. We had a good season and im excited for 2012.

So good to see you today Joey!! With all you went through this year you have no reason to hang your head man! Hitting almost 164 and running a 9.13 is still ridiculously fast Congrats man! Can't wait to see the new setup in the spring
