The paint looks amazing, is that a House Of Kolors paint? Also, in a few of the pics is there a glare or is it a yellow pearl?

The yellow (was) is the stock Evo VIII, unless he just resprayed the body. The engine bay is yellow & you can also see the stock Vin stickers on the vendors. As a proff photog I'm assuming it is the Post process that is making the yellow look different.
BTW nice car, clean, tasteful, & impressive.
