Lowering front struts: As you spin the cartridge/strut body to go lower, it starts to poke out the bottom of the strut bracket. The front drive axles are right under the front struts. You will run into interference issues with the bottom of the strut hitting the axles as the suspension moves.
There is a lot of test fitting when going lower. You can't spin the collars and be done if you go super low.

Suggestion 2. Light these unsafe bastardized death traps on fire
Un ****ing believable

That's why I'm trying to get the shortest shock tube possible. I know for a fact broadway static will be perfect for what I want. No axle contact. Just gonna have to notch the fender support frame and re weld like I said. Thanks man.

I absolutely LOVE THIS I hope your "rally car" is always filthy, has rock chipped paint down the side of the car, no interior, no AC, and everything that would make it just like a real "rally car". It's a rally inspired car. Meant for street. Not everyone who buys evos races them or even spirit drives them. I had a 06 MR with 768 AWHP and barely ever got on it. It was running 18x10.5s and it was acceptable? But slamming a car is stupid evom sure is starting to look like honda-tech

Filthy (looking) um, nope not at the moment
Rock Chips check, but far less than these abominations would have with 150k miles on them
Rally Inspired road car, I agree. Thankfully mine can travel down any road at speed without fear of it eating itself
Evom more like Honda Tech, I agree in a way. The EVO is a sports car. Doing this type of hazardous BS to them flushes that right down the toilet.
Now these folks get done with the car and try to pass it off to an unsuspecting buyer, frame half ripped to ****, Axels all ****ed up, crap cut from the car to allow the wheels to be tucked in. I feel dumber having read those posts
