the steering feel you're probably familiar with is due to high scrub radius (low offset or large spacers) I don't think the camber itself causes the real issue.... Also if you haven't lowered the crap out of your Evo... and you have the Whiteline RCK... you'll find the car doesn't bumpsteer either.

And my car has Ohlins! So my **** rides waaaaay better than some crap spring holders out there lol.

18x11 +44 CCW LM20's IMO... will be the first 11" wheel that would fit on an Evo with factory body.
Good luck with inner fender clearance with +44 offset. You must have different rear lower control arms because that will not work with the stock setup! Looking at the offset calculator and figuring some math, +16 would be better for inner clearance....but then you have super poke? I will deffinatly be keeping an eye on your progress.....good luck

R/TErnie makes custom rear trailing arms like you're talking about. 11" +19 would be fine with stock trailing arms.

I have 18x10.5 + 38s and I still have 12mm worth of clearance inboard without making the links any more offset than they already are. My span of offsets that I think will work is 18x11 +36 to + 44... depending on if you want to pull the quarter or remove an exhaust hanger, run 6" springs in the rear, and possibly do a little hammer work.

this makes me want to go with a wide wheel but i think ill stick with 17s to keep the weight down

Wide tire sizes are limited in 17" sizes. that's why going to an 18 gives you an advantage.

Wedsports have generally low numeric offsets for the wheel widths. i know a guy SWOLN on here has some 9.5's that fit fairly well. search for "the official wide tire thread"

i wouldnt mind a wide rim/tire combo like you but the only person ive seen with the rear trailing arm is you and i heard of robi making them but i also heard someone had been waiting quite some time for them.

Crappy cell phone pic that i even took the time to edit with my retarded android phone .
The weather has been too cold and rainy to actually go out for a shoot.
