Evo nose chop and some!

Well i decided to tackle the nose chop without intensions of painting it as paint is hard to match, so i decided to do it my way. The way i like it, and most of you probably don't.

Cut the nose off

I recessed the rivets along with a piece of 2007 civic bumper in there. shape actually fit great.

Plastic welded epoxy the top and gap and put some more underneath for some structural support

Bondoed a lot of the bumper and block sanded it with 80, 180,400, 1000, 1500

Primed it where i was going to paint it black. 2 coats

Painted it black and let dry after 3 coats of plastic spray paint.

Cleaned it a little and put it onto the car. It isnt the best as i am not a body guy but it came out well enough for me. Then i decided to add my Snowboarder side to it

I like it. Hate it or love it. It is my car

And as my mirror says "to each their own"

As a general rule plastics rarely match the rest of the car. BBY is a single stage though and would be pretty easy to make look decent. Idk if you're near CT but I could repaint the bumper for around $100.

Never been a fan of the nose chop myself.

Looks like you did a good job on it though, and you are doing it in a way I have never seen before.
