I thought I remembered seeing a post a while back that somebody had retrofitted TL projectors into their headlights, anybody remember seeing this? Thinking that I'm going to attempt it this summer, not afraid to cut away part of the turn signal housing if I must. I know there isn't a whole lot of room in there, but I thought it would be worth trying, if not may go to RX350s.

^^ FX-Rs are already an EXTENSIVE projector to retrofit into a CT9A HL. And yeah, you have to hack into the turn signal housing to make them fit... I'm currently doing my 7th FX-R / CT9A retrofit...

TL's are bigger than FX-Rs. Although I've never worked with this combo, I'm going to have the opinion that these will not fit....

You will definitely have to hack away at the OEM shroud then fit an aftermarket one like an E46-R / OEM E46 shroud... I know coz I have done this with FX-Rs...

I suggest you think twice about TLs in a CT9A HL...

Go with TSX projectors. Been tried and tested by LightWerkz in the US and myself

May go with a rx350 projector with custom shields then. They're shorter than fxr while having a 3 inch lens. Performance on them is great, seen them in person before,

Take a close up of the headlight.. Can't see much detail from afar... Looks like E46-R shrouds in the high beam housing.. I've been doing that **** for a while now
