Thanks guys just waiting for the pistons to arrive so we can bore the block to the proper specs also waiting for the o ring wire that i orderd from jegs which was on back order and friday im gonna place my order with extremepsi for everything else so hopefully by next weekend i should have the short block and the transmission in the car

im also doing a 2.1. gonna be a 6768 on the frontcouple more weeks and ill be ready for break in. good luck with your build and def. recommend extremepsi.

Also traded my seibon cf hood and went back with an oem hood that will be color matched to the car

 

Minor Update

So the machine shop finnished doing the fabrication for my oil squirters and they did a pefect job. Just waiting for the pistons and rods and also the O ring wire to reach which should be some time in the middle of next week then i'll take it back to get all the fabrication finnished so we can start assembling the block.




Received my new spec TOB since mine was starting to feel a bit rough I decided to change it



Also the original o ring wire I had orderd from jegs (0.062") was on back order and would not be in stock until late next week. so I contacted AMS and they advised me that the 0.041" o ring wire would be fine. so I should be receiving that around the same time as the pistons and rods.

Update:

Everything has been orderd from the AWD Spec D2 coilovers,AMS intake manifold,ARP L19 headstuds,PE Head Gasket,Full Blown Double pumper,4" intercooler and a bunch of stuff that is too long to list. But those are the major upgrades thats on the way. Also decided to swith my injectors to precision 1600cc instead of the FIC 2150 because I cant run Q16 fuel on them. I Wanna even take the time to thank Neil at extremepsi for all his help their customer service is number 1 in my books and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I even orderd a poly urethane do luck style front lip from ebay also a set of JDM evo 9 gunmetal tail lights just to be different lol.

Hopefully all my engine parts should be here in a week or 2 so I can start udating the thread with some pics. Also gonna order my QTPs tommorrow for my RX7 wheels. Any suggestions on what size to order? I was thinking 26x8.5x16. Anyways thats it for now guys so stay tuned.

 

Ok guys all my parts reached into miami today at my friends shop and after getting a fed ex shipping quote lets just say it was cheaper for me to buy a ticket to go and pick them up (alot of stuff) So anyways I've decided to fly out to miami this weekend so I should have some nice updates and pics as soon as I get back. Otherwise than that the only thing Im waiting for now is the AWD spec D2 coilovers. But hopefully the car should be ready to start before I leave for vacation in the next 2 weeks
