One last photo shoot before she leaves

So ive now had my Evo for almost 3 years and its been quite an awesome time. By far the most fun and best car ive ever owned. Sadly the other day i got a bad ticket (first one since ive owned the car) Exhibition of Speed which in AZ is a big deal and if there is a second offense within 2 years its a felony on your record and short jail time and guaranteed suspended license for a min of 6 months as well as big fines. So obviously now i will be super scared to do anything in my car, and its not worth paying high payments and insurance (about to get higher) to not really be able to enjoy the car. Obviously my clean nearly 3 years no tickets shows that im not stupid and i dont do dangerous stuff. but now even on the fun canyon roads in the middle of nowhere now its just too risky and not worth it.

FYI there was no street racing, drifting/sliding, or really anything all that dangerous involved an officer in a nearby parking lot HEARD me accelerate hard in 3rd gear then go back to the speed limit late at night with no one around and he decided to be a jerk and give me the worst.

Car: 03 Built 2.0 high compression (awaiting a better turbo since my HKS turbo blew)

Wheels: Rota SVN 18x9+30 with BFG KDW-2's 255/40/18's (I know thats a meaty tire but i got a stupid good deal on them brand new otherwise i would have gone with 255/35/18

FYI the blue lip on the wheels was not my doing i traded wheel setups with a friend.

So i took a few pictures for her for sale post, and thought I'd share them.

can't you argue that ticket? seems like a fairly easy open-close case for a good lawyer since the cop didn't actually see you or get a reading on you speeding

In the article it states that excessive acceleration deemed so by the officer is grounds for this ticket. not to mention the officer kept lying and saying he and his partner heard me
1. revving my engine
2. spinning my tires (in a burnout takeoff mannor)
3. and taking off

I politely explained that my car will not spin tires going straight, and that in all honesty i did accelerate but none of the others.

That sucks bro, i know how you feel. Its just hard to enjoy these cars on the street, you always have to watch for cops around. What are you going to replace it with?

Thats right, get a good lawyer and your case will be dismiss. Most cops have nothing better to do when they themselves are 80% of the time speeding even if there is no need for it.

I would take him to court and have him take a hearing test just to humiliate him. Hearing someone do something isn't proof of anything.

If you want to keep the car, get the lawyer. It may not be cheap, but at least you get to keep what you worked so hard for. Don't let a piece of $hit liar take it away from you.
