Again mine are not done professionally I do not have any plastic molds. My intake hole is lined up with the tubing where it contacts the head light lens probably due to its thickness makes the hole smaller than the nice *** ones you had posted, and not quite round because of the slant on the head light. however as much as I like to buy ones like that I think there selling for 700bucks I did this for now and for about 15 dollars..

this is some thing i was thinking of doing over the winter. did you have to remove the lens cover?

I have an idea. Make the hole and then put a velocity stack on the front.

Would that increase airflow over the regular hole method?
