Considering it is an aftermarket part, that is very desirable I think it will be worth every cent. I'm sure you can buy a cheap plastic one, or one that fits where the radio is, but then that does not look like a stock piece from the factory.

One question, what color/material is the trim in between the gauges going to be?

The panel will be painted the factory color. The part in the photo is the fiberglass plug that I will use to pull a mold from, the finished product will not be that color. I just used grey gelcoat to form the plug. I may offer them unpainted but I havn't decided on an unpainted price yet.
