tried a photoshoot today...feedback wanted

got a canon t3i a couple weeks ago, still very new to dslr's. these are untouched but i want to learn how to edit. tried messing around with the settings a little. anyways....enjoy(?) lol

oh, if anyone wants to play with the pics so i can kind of get an idea of what to look for...be my guest. thanks!!

Looks good man... Great setting with some skill editing you will be able to make them look real nice...

Yea, nice settings. Just need some editing to give it the finished look! I need to get something nice in terms of a camera. I want to be able to take some nice pics of the car, that I could frame if I wanted to.

May not look like much but its as simple as giving the photo a little more contrast. I reduced the gamma a little to give it more "black" where needed and pretty much tried to give the whole photo a more "colorful" approach. I upped all the colors...bluer sky, little greener patch of grass, the building i gave a more "reddish" color cuz of the rusting...the fire hydrant thing, I upped a little...and made your a little more white ......may not seem like much if you compare the photos but it's there....I'm limited right now since I have to go in to work soon so I'll get to the rest tomorrow

thanks! i put both pics side by side and there is deff a difference. my gf noticed it right off the bat too.

Nice shooting location, and photos look quite good! I would say to vary the depth of field a bit to give the photos a different look. 3 and 6 could be good candidates for a narrower depth of field to create some separation from the car and the background.
