I say don't touch it. Get the tires mounted to the rims and install your self. I wouldn't take any chances. "Most" tow truckers suck and don't care and would most likely say no. If you lived around me I would let you put my rs-d's on just to get it to a shop.

Thanks man, I just worry if there is unseen damage that I could be liable for if I doing anything with it.

unless the car dropped on the rotors like really hard I don't think anything will be out of place. rotors are pretty strong. even if sitting on the ground.

Sucks man. Take the insurance check and get some baller wheels (then only park in a garage). These Bbs oem wheels ain't cheap!

If you let progressive take care of it, make sure you're around and supervise, they may ruin more stuff.
