I haven't weighed it myself but the NZ registration system comes up with 1775 kg (3905 lbs) and other JDM import IXs come up at 1700 kg (3740 lbs). (I'm not sure where the system gets these figures from). NZDM IXs are a bit lighter.

I looked up the weight of a few USDM evos and they appear to be a hell of a lot lighter than our NZDM and JDM imports, sitting around 3300 lbs.

I know that AYC adds a good amount of weight. There's probably something else, too, that we don't get in the US. It would be interesting to know what it is.

Also think mitsu made adjustments in the factory suspension to accomadate for the increased weight of the wagon.

EVO wagons were only sold new in Japan, other countries had to import JDM spec.
