Padded door panel arm rest?

Anyone know where to get them or an idea of how much of an undertaking it is to do it myself. I'm not looking for the console armrest...i want the doors. I've SEEN bride ones that look good but dont know where to find them or if they are padded. Pinky and ring finger were going numb after several road trips (DAMN YOU NO CRUISE CONTROL!)....turns out it was ulnar impaction from resting on a hard surface....any ideas on pads besides gluing a mouse pad to my arm rest or wearing elbow pads?

I have a sparco pad on my door panel where my elbow hits. Make it much more comfortable. There is velcro on the back side of the pad, so it sticks right on the door panel.
