Body kit or no body kit???

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on my body kit. I am considering changing it out to a stock bumper/lip set up. I like the aggressive look and the fact that it is different than most evo's that have the oem bumper and lip set up but sometimes I feel it might be a bit too aggressive looking. What do you guys think? please post and vote in the poll.

For some reason, I can't attach the same pics I have in my other thread, so here is a link to see what the car looks like:

I love my evo 8 nose chopped front bumper with do-luck style lip. that's aggressive enough in my opinion.

Like I commented on your original thread. The body kit takes away from your car. Stock body Evos that are tastefully modded have a timeless look to them. Most body kits make our cars look like jdm hellatyte accords. I like your silver but with a stock body, nice lip, side skirt rexspeed extensions and bumper extensions so a vortex generator.

Stock body lines FTW. No need to mess up a good thing. Im keeping my * front with lip adding side skirt extensions and getting a jdm rear and thats it. No other body mods unless i someday get a cf hood and trunk. Our cars are awesome the way they are.

Stock bumper...ix bumper would be even better. Body kit is terribly ugly.

Thanks to everyone that has responded so far, keep them coming! Right now, I am looking at stock side skirts and jdm ix rear (rexpeed side extentions and ix rear extentions depending on front bumper). The problem is the front bumper, dont know if the cwest would look good with the side and rear set up. Oem bumpers are hard find and only other oem style option seems to be the APR front bumper. Do you guys think a voltex front would look good? if not, what can you recommend for the front if I am unable to find an oem bumper? Ive considered the jdm evo 7 front, but that would involve changing the hood and other things, which might be a pain.

No body kit. Just add a lip kit instead.

Surprised no one picked to keep the body kit yet. I get a lot of good compliments from people when they see the car. Only body kit people seem to like is the Voltex, but that has been over done and it is out of my price range. I guess swapping back to the oem bumpers / lip kit would appeal to a lot more people, especially if i decide to sell the car.

My choices now are evo 8 (nose chopped or regular), evo 9, or evo 7(more rare and different) front bumpers. Which would you guys choose?
