Where to get custom painted engine bolts/screws?

Where to get custom painted engine bolts/screws?
So I know they exist but have had no luck finding them. I'm looking for a full set of bolts/screws for the entire engine bay that come pre painted, blue, purple, etc, that will replace all of my current bolts/screws. If anyone knows where I can find them please let me know.

I was looking into dressupbolts.com yesterday, but I don't know if I want to spend that much on some bolts and washers.
