My 2005 Apex Silver EVO VIII SSL
Here's my 2005 Apex Silver EVO VIII SSL that I bought 6 months ago. I searched for 6-8 months for an EVO and I finally found this 1 owner EVO that came from California in mint condition with 64,000 miles on it and I immediately bought it. So far I've upgraded the sound system, wheels and suspension and I'd like to start on upgrading the brakes next.

Well the clear coat on my calipers is badly faded so I'm planning on powdercoating them Aqua Blue to match the color on my DD Lancer GTS and then adding some new rotors, pads and brake lines. I don't plan on tracking the car so I don't think I'll upgrade to a bigger brake kit.

Upgraded my brakes on the EVO this week. I had the calipers powdercoated by Justin from Detective Coating and then also installed StopTech Drilled Rotors, Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Lines, StopTech Brake Pads and OEM Nissan GTR Brake Fluid.
