This was no BS dent either, it went across a seem in the door and the dent was oblong and DEEP. The guy had the car for one hour and brought it out perfect!! Mind you, when I went in there I was actually gonna see if I could change the door or what not, but they fixed it for under $100 and less than an hour. Only caveat is that the paint can't be damaged, or it won't work.
Might be work looking into.

and why didnt you take the oppurtunity to repaint it? it would have been so cheap to do it at that point, you could have another coat of paint on...missed oppurtunity... simply just clearocating alone was good, but you should have sprayed on additional coat of paint for about 100-150 dollars..

Someone before had mentioned the apex evos as having blue tint in the paint. The red evos also have orange peels/sparkles in the paint. Btw red is the most expensive paint due to the pygmentation in it as well as the hardest color to match.

My RR evo 8 seems to have a different colored mirror. Do any other RR evos notice the drivers side mirror or any part having a lighter color then the rest of the car. Its more noticeable in the sun.

I don't know about you guy's, but Meguiar's has a dual action polisher for 225. I'm going to pick one up in the next few weeks online. My black swirls suck. It's supposed to be top notch with an instruction video.

i have been painting for more years than most of these member have had a license. in the old days, it was hardest to match white, now a code is put in a computer, and the exact factory match comes out. HOWEVER... it may not match your car due to exposure to the environment, a paint starrts to fade immedately, only after awhile is it noticable, so while it may appear to be different, it is the same color. thats were "blending" comes in, matching the fading of a paint to shine the same as the rest of the car.
