Cool Any Fans Of MSR Wheels?

I like these wheels. Anyone have them? Anyone have an opinion about them? Can you see these babies on a Lightening Yellow?

40 lbs???? Per wheel? That's twice the weight of the stock wheels, which equates to an added 80lbs...

Is your friend having a good experience with them so far? They seem like a pretty decent company.

I sell the MSR wheels. These are nice wheels for the price. If you by Konigs, Motegi etc... they are all the same quality. I have some Eagle Alloys on my car now which are the same company as MSR. I recently took my fronts off to fix a hole, I respun the wheels on the balancer and these things were straight as arrows! That is really inpressive for a $90 wheel. I've seen new expensive race wheels that wobbled straight out of the box. So, don't let the price fool you. Just because they cost more and are lighter don't mean they are better.

MSR is the higher quality of American Eagle Wheel. Now for the bad news. They won't fit and EVO. I tried 5 different models of wheels from the MSR and Eagle, none clear the front brakes. If they did, I'd have been selling tons of these.
