With regards to drying: The Absorber works really well for me. You can pick them up from Walmart, of all places, and you just throw them in the washer when they're dirty.

One question for you guys..

have you guys used that squeegee thing to dry your car? It looked like it got the job done really well. so instead of towels, im thinking of using the squeegee to dry the car. Anyone have any experience with it??

I use a blower to dry my car. Get the left over details with a microfiber. Works great. That Mr. Clean stuff seems like a gimmick to me

Used it yesterday, got a meet today and wanted to look good. Works as advertised, wash with their soap, rinse with the rinse setting and finish with the filter. Car dried in about 15 minutes without spots. Still use wheel cleaner to get rid of brake dust. Of course it rained last night!

I bought it last weekend and used it and I think it works pretty good. I take a long *** time to wash my car though. First I hand wash it first to get all the dirt off, then I use the autodry afterwards so it'll dry on its own without spotting.

It doesnt work .Wash your car with normal car soap and then use a water blade and then towels. I wish I had not wasted my money. Plus it leaves a weird waxy residue on my wheels around the lug nuts and on the windows.

I used the Mr. Clean stuff because I had a free coupon. It worked fine for me, but like someone said before, after I washed my car and my wife's car, it was used up, and I'm not particularly interested in buying the refills. I'd rather just buy a shammie and not have to pay more every time I wash my own damn car!

For my wheels I bought a toilet brush. It gets into the tighter spaces well, and is soft enough to work but be gentle too.

I use mr.clean w/my meguiar nxt.

I wash, than switch to rinse "wash less than 5 min."
wait 5 min to dry
wax with meguiar nxt
wait 5 min to dry
than wipe off.

Easy detailing in less than 20 min.

My car is silver and usually silver don't stand out, but men... drool it really has that deep glow. Simple steps to detail your car.

california water blade works great... the rubber is hospital grade silicon and it won't scratch at all nor will it scrap off the wax... you just lightly glide the rubber blade over the surface and it just collects all the water.... then you get any missed spots with microfiber.... no need to worry about lil residue because you are going to get it when you start waxing... basically by the time your done waxing, no dirt, no residue and a nice layer of your fav. wax

Nothing really special, it's just a squegee. But, the silicone is much nicer than your normal shower squegee.
