Heres my track trunk set-up. Only change is the OEM wing is no more (certainly have done a lot of emblem / decal work over the years) @JR Sunhel

^ why choose black trunk over cf? just curious..also like the 2.0l4g63 emblem, i think should have made that stock on all evo's

Yeah, the wing is gone. Lost it at the track LOL. Running a real track wing now. Im currently running the white RS trunk, no wing & stock trunk emblems

Regarding the black trunk. Bought a take-off steel trunk & thought painting it black would give it a interesting, contrasting look

UKDM Evo VIII MR badge and knockoff JDM Evo II GSR decal. Really painful since this car is still sitting after that track day due to other priorities at the moment......

Stock IX MR badging because it looks nice. In 2008, I once repainted a trunk and used just a X MR badge under the key hole. It was very subtle and nice looking.
