Wheel & Tire packages

I'm already thinking about the coming winter and I'm looking for suggestions on a solid set of rims and tires in a package deal for my EVO. What would you suggest, and my evo is Tarmac Black.

Thanks for the help

I would get a nice set of rims for the summertime, put your yokahama's on them, and keep your stock rims and get blizzaks for them.

rims & tires

Hungbee not a bad idea, I may do that, although I want to keep the stock rims and tires for nostalgic reasons and get a good set of rims and all season performance tires for year round. I've checked the tarmac thread but mostly all pics, no real content, maybe I'll take another look.

I've still got a set of Anthracite Team Dynamics wheels in stock. $199 each. Tires, well, I can put you on Toyo T1S or Proxes 4. T1S are summer tires with awesom grip and wet weather handling. Proxes 4 is an all season performance tire. Not as grippy but the reviews have been all positive from my customers. Drop me a PM if interested.

A cheap set of 17" alloy rims, wrapped in real winter tires, would be ideal. Winter wheels generally gets trashed, so I'd consider appearance secondary. Keep the stock rims for for Advans or T1Ss (in other words, summer tires).

Don't get all-season tires!

Pics

Let's see if this works. The pictures aren't real clear because I needed to make the file size smaller.

I did paint the center caps black. The center section was originally silver.

Thanks for postin the pics rob! I like the rims, but I think I'd prefer silver or maybe even white. my personal preference, i've seen the black rims on black evos and i'm favoring the contrast of lighter rims on the black. I'm waiting to hear back from Twsift if he's got any in silver or white.

Thanks for all your help!!!
