For those of you who have purchased this item, how is the quality and the fit and finish? Are you pleased with the product, is it worth 160.00?

I bought it and think it is a very good piece of quality work. It looks exactly like the stock piece if you were to compare the color and texture. Definitely worth the money and wait.
