Question Paint Protection Film

I am posting to see if there is an interest on this forum for clear bra kits.

I am in the midst of trying to become a vendor here, so i'm not posting any sales, yet.
I can get the kits for the Evo, and for a while i will be selling them REALLY CHEAP. Pretty much a hair above my cost. If i can get a group buy set up, i can make them hopefully 25% cheaper maybe.

This is 3M film. This one will not yellow, I can get Venture Tape also which would be a little cheaper

You can install them yourself, the evos are not too hard to install. The bumper made give you some trouble but not too bad, take your time.

These kits protect the front end of your car and any highly hit areas. Most anyone you talk to, will say they will never have another car without this stuff.

So if anyone here is interested, please post here or email me. and I can work out something with you. like i said i'm not trying to sell just yet, I want to see how many people would be interested in this here for our evos.

thanks

I will buy on as well, but I have a question. How much of our car will this cover? I'm looking to do the entire front end of my car. Will this do that, or does it stop halfway up the hood? Thanks, John

how much would it cost for a huge sheet? kus i have the ken style bodykit and i'm gonna have to get it custom cut to fit my kit too.

I actually have a custom set up on the hood and it's really nice. However, I was advised not to go with 3M as it tends to discolor...get yellow after 6months to a year. I was also told that Venture does not make film protection (cut outs) for the EVO VIII.

well yes and no...

3M's new film, the scotchguard film does not yellow.
the older film (scotchcal) did yellow and it was visible on a stark white vehicle.

but the new film has stopped that. I have it on a white subaru and no yellowing at all.

the venture tape is a similar film, but see the venture tape does not make the kits, neither does 3m. Other distributors acutally make them. and they will make them in either film.

so acutally you can get venture tape for the evo. I can get it in either. venture tape is about 10% less money.

but... Venture tape is new to the scene... I dont have much expirence with it, but I have heard plenty of people love it.

So what you're saying is this new film won't be visible like b4 on white cars? Because I know when I read about it, it shows up on white cars fairly easily and I dun think it looks good when just the front end of my car seems to be a bit yellow.

yea i'm saying that the new Scotchguard Film WILL NOT YELLOW. it has a 5 year warranty against it.

and Venture Tape also has a lifetime warranty against these things.

White used to show up yellow from 3M, because it had an acutal clear coat over the film. The new 3M film and Venture Tape dont have that to show the Yellowing.
