I unfortunately got behind a pick up truck with unsecured load. Bunch of rocks made contact on my front bumper. I have about 4 noticeable damages. The rock chipped the paint and the primer and very slightly penetrated the bumper material on a couple of the damages. Will a body shop be able smooth out the bumper penetrations and paint over it?

Yeah those are all pretty easy fixes for any body shop. I would expect to pay maybe 350 for that prep work and paint. Just a repaint would probably be about $100 less.
