billy, you seem to know a good amount relating to audio, but i had a question. why did you call two constructive waves a transfer function? i have heard it called anti-nodes, and constructive waves, or in phase (which obviously is location dependant in this use of the term), but never a transfer function. additionally your flat signal makes sense. but i was taught it was a node, destructive wave, or 180 degree out of phase.
just curious because although i spend a good deal of time on stereo equipment i have never cared to get that detailed.
maybe thats something they teach you at MECP master training or something. or even audio engineering courses. both things i would like to do, but don't have the time for.
