18x9 BBS LM reps, best offset?
I'm looking into purchasing some 18x9 BBS LM reps for my Evo 8. Will be running 255/35/18 tires, I plan on rolling the rear fenders but would like to leave fender mods at that. What would be the best offset to get to clear the brakes with no spacers?

I currently have Genuine 17x9 +20 BBS LM on my 7 and they JUST clear the brakes with a 5mm slip on spacer, they fitted without spacer when i flipped the faces but stuck out way to far from the guards.
Ive also had quite a bit of guard work done.
Tyres from memory are 235/35/17
