Falken Azenis ST115 vs GR Beta FK-451

I am going to be buying new tires this week in a 255-40-17 and I am on the fence about the Falken Azenis ST115 vs the Falken GR Beta FK-451. Does anybody have any reccomendations on which tires to get? I would also be considering the Kumho MXs, but they seem to be on back order for the size I want.

Don't get the Kuhmo's, I have had bad experience's with them. They fall apart and you are going to lose performance.

I had the FK-451 tires on my 99 Accord Coupe. I really didn't think they were anything special at all. And they only lasted about 20k. They had decent dry/wet traction, no snow traction. And chunked a little bit on hard turns.
I think for a summer tire, overall.... out of 10 ... i give them a 6.

I am surprised to hear that about the Kumhos. They seemed to get good reviews from this board.
