40-45 psi I bet the tire itself says 51 psi MAX so that should be a good ball park

your exact pressures to comply with the factory pressure requirement should be 38 PSI fron, 35 PSI rear. Best of luck.

Right....then again, what do I know? I've only done this for a career. Trust me, the stock pressures are adequate and appropriate on the street.

Yup stock pressures are best. Even though the tire seems larger, it still holds the same amount of air as the stock 17" tire. The 18" is a bit wider, but also a bit shorter in profile. So the amount of air in the tire doesn't change, just the shape of the air in the tire. Run stock pressures, don't exceed the max psi on the tires sidewall. And yes, I do this as a career as well

Depending on the load rating of a replacement tire and how it compares to the stock tire, you should adjust the pressure to meet the same load.
