We are an authorized Endless/ZEAL dealer, and i can tell you that for ZEAL coilovers it is $300 for all 4. Rebuilds are every 36 months depending on use.

Just out of curiosity, what are you basing this off of?
There are a couple of Evos I know that run track events with the BMW Club. Both have S Techs, and both are slower than stock. I've never driven either car, so I can't say why that's the case.
