do they help much if you keep stock ride height?

Sure, but why? They are way stiffer so you will have way less roll. But when I had mine SLAMMED I mean it was just not real. I have since rasied them abotu a half inch front and back cuz I like my nose on the car

Your best bet is to contact the vendor with them. Not a popular coilover here.
