How to take stickers off Volk wheels

Hi,

I have a set of Volk wheels and the stickers on the wheels are coming off. I wanted to take the stickers completely off and was wondering about suggested sprays or products that would make this easy with no effect on the finish of the wheel. I want a clean stickerless look.

Thanks

Go to Target or Walmart and buy a Magic Eraser by Mr Clean, it's sponge that flakes off like an eraser, just dampen the sponge with water and it should remove the stickey stuff.

Simple green works well too.

I'd agree with the Goo-Gone.

Decal removal

I have used the Mr Clean pad on tire marks from the track and it is great. I have used to take off decals on a car a citrus cleaner from the company that advertises in Auto Week, R&T etc a product called "invisible glass". It works great on the decals so that is what I would try first just because I have use both products but on different problems.

What about decals that are actually on the car? I'm talking like mega sized. What would take them off?

not on jdm wheels... they usually use paint that is pretty sensative... i'd take something plastic... scrape most of it off and then clay bar the rest.

that is the worst idea ive ever heard.

the 3m and scotch products will do the trick, just be careful removing the sticker itself. try warming with a blow dryer. goo-gone willaso work, just do not soak or saturate the area. typically speaking, wheels need a durable finish to resist the abuse they are put through, so a little goo-gone should nout hurt. after adhesive is removed i suggest a coat of high quality wax, but if you sprang for volks, i assume you knew that already.
