guys, its official.. it works.

I only tested it up to 10 psi but it held it fine.

this is great news for us... it will be so much easier to bleed brakes now... no more asking the wife to push the pedal... ha ha!

I just ordered mine - I really didn't like that universal adapter with the chains.

Motive 1107 Adaptor

it's works perfectly... so well i think it better than the factory.

here are some pics of the adaptor and the Brake Res. it's a little tight getting it on but once on... it held 10 psi for like 10 minutes... nice seal did the car in 15 minutes and all my issues were solved.

Thanks everyone for the help.

Hehe just don't do a complete air flush like this one shop did before putting in new fluid with their fancy equipment. I had to get them bled 3 times the old fashioned way to get rid of all the air bubbles trapped in the ABS solenoids from their stupid equipment. That kit looks cool I might get it along with some speed bleeders.

Talking Purchase Motive Bleeder and Adapter

i found a place that had a ton of motive power bleeders and adapter's but i bought the 1107 adpater from Motive directly... had i know i could buy all of it from motive and they had basically the same pricing, i would have just bought it from them.

they got me the part 2nd day shipping and no issues.... they even called me to confirm that this what i wanted and everything was A-OK... EXCELLENT customer service..

I hope this helps people with their Brakes and Bleeding them... my freind with his M3 came over right after i did mine and with the EURO adapter we did his car in 15 minutes he was stunned... before we had a griot's garage bleeder.... now it's just my bucket to collect the fluid... LOL

thanks everyone.

When I go to order this from the Motive site, it lists two part #'s (1106 and 1107) for the same adapter. When you try to order, its lists both part #'s and asks which one you want, 2 or 3 prong ? Does anyone know which is the correct one? Would this work with a different bleeder? Do I have to use the motive bleeder. I already bought a Mity-Vac at Autozone and was hoping to use it with the Motive adaptor.

Thanks,
Russell K.
