My experience with their customer service is vastly better then yours. When I had a warranty issue on one of my Continental tires the local company that sells them would not replace it even after I showed them the warranty coverage for the tire. I had ordered them from Tirerack before I got the Evo and called them up and they shipped out a replacement tire right away. Very happy with the tires and the service both from Neal (getting the tires to my dealer so I could drive my car home in December) and customer service for taking car of an issue I had quickly.

I appreciate the comments. I know this is an Evo forum, and one set of tyres were for my Evo (the 235/45-17 should have tipped you off) .

Neal, thank you very much for your response. We did get a response from Denise this morning and it was very very pleasant to deal with her. Thank you very much for your attention.

I think we can consider this matter resolved. Thank you Neal and the Tire Rack for your quick response.
