A spacer would most likely help with the brake issue but the wheel did stick out about 3/4 of an inch from the fender. I Just don't see it working very well unless you want the wheels to stick out from the fenders and have this either a super aggressive street car or a track car.

i'm sure with wide fenders it would fit, yes.
We have a customer who has purchased a set, he will be running a spacer and using special tools to get it to fit, once he has them on i'm sure we'll have a couple more answers to everyones questions.

The wheel catches only the bottom of the caliper. So the nonclearance is very slight - probably 2mm at most would be needed. If this holds true when I get the wheels, I will machine the inside of the spokes and rebalance.
If its more than 2mm of material, then I'll consider a spacer if the wheel will tuck under the fender when compressed. My car runs -2.5 camber - but there is no way to tell if thats enough untill tires are mounted.

It will take removal of 2mm of caliper material - on the edge where the piston resides. Again, not a good idea.
Attached are pictures of the P45Rs - they look even better in person! Definitely a wide rim at 9.5" but they cleared my Teins on the back of the car with 1/4" to spare. As for the fronts, it touches the inside edge of the caliper where the piston housings are. I measured the spacing required and about 2mm should do it. They clear the Teins just fine - about 1/4" again.
I'm going to try a 2mm special order spacer in the front - and skip the clearancing of the rims - so they should fit over the caliper. The rims are already pretty damn wide - over .5" from the outside of the front fender - without the shock compressed. Its even worse in the back.
Very aggressive.
There is no doubt with tires on the rims, the fenders will have to be rolled.
Both front and back.
Depending on when I can get the tires and spacers - I'll post a simple how to on fender rolling. And getting that perfect cup in the fender.
For now.. enjoy the wheels
