245 45 17s good for stock? thoughts on Hankook rs2?

Im really interested in getting the new hankook rs2 tires. The closest size they come in is a 245 45 17 which has an overall diameter of 25.7 the stock tires are rated at 25.3 thats what tires rack says atleast. Im wondering if jumping up to the 245s will raise the car any ? I also want to know if anyone has these tires and how they like them. Are they noisey? thanks

I had some of these on my M3 and really liked them, for $104 each hard to beat.

if your not lowered they won't rub, we tried them on my car and they were rubbing. You might have to roll your fenders....

Run 245-40-17 on my car in the summer, No rubbing issues what so ever. A customer of ours had cusco zero 2rs on his car, slammed with 255 tires and was just barely rubbing, so your fine no worries.

245/45/17's on my 05 ith no rubbing. I ran the RS2's on my Miata. They did well on the street, but chunked and scuffed pretty badly on the track. I wouldn't think they would hold up well on the Evo due to its weight. the RT 615's are supposed to do very well.
