Best Coilovers For Street/track

Best Coilovers For Street/track
i am looking to buy a set of high end coilovers for my 2006 IX MR
i mainly drive the evo on the streets as my daily driver
i want the absolute best coilover setup available, for best handling and reduced roll and pitch
i dont care if the setup is rediculously stiff and harsh, i ran 16k spring rates on my last car and didnt bother me
i do not want any kind of N1 or endurance/full race coilover setups because they require the car to be very low to the ground for the best handling results
i need the BEST street coilovers out there that money can buy, that wont require me to lower the car more than 1.5 inches.
thanks guys!

If you want the best ride and handling coilovers then I would recommend the Vishnu Ohlins

I had a set of Zeal V6 on my car with custom 12/10 springs. Its correct that you can get a high spring rate to make your car solid stiff but this is not what a good suspension is about. A good setup will need to absorb the bumps allowing your tires to stay on the ground. If you are running just high spring rate without any dampening, the car will skip over the smallest bumps which will cause a lost of traction. I would recommend Zeal X or Xs for anyone that wants to use it on and off track. If you are using it soley for tracking...go with SFR. You will be amazed at how good the ride quality is even with an ultra high spring rate setting.
Thanks,
Tom
Thanks,
Tom
